Two-Day Weekend Reservation: $5,500
The weekend reservation allows you two full days at The Elms - all day Friday and all day Saturday! This includes time for decorating, time for your rehearsal and even time for your rehearsal dinner. The Elms is also yours all day Saturday so you and your wedding party can relax as you prepare for your ceremony and reception.
Sunday Wedding: $3000.
Arrival Time: 12pm
Departure Time: 10pm
”Departure” = All guests, vendors and the wedding party off the premises.
All the same amenities are available when reserving The Elms Sunday through Thursday!
With your reservation, the following are all included:
Separate Bride’s Room and Groom’s room, each with their own full bathrooms.
Bridesmaid Suite and Bride’s Lounge upstairs next to Bride’s room.
All day Friday & All day Saturday
Tables: 10 round 60", one 4' round, four 8' buffet, three 6' buffet & 5 bistro tables
150 dark brown fruitwood, padded-seat chairs
White floor length table cloths for all tables provided by The Elms
Two different arbors and/or a large wooden cross (Arbor Options: Rectangular and Hexagonal)
A rustic white wooden bar
Microphone with a stand and a portable speaker and free wi-fi.
Two empty refrigerators in the pavilion kitchen for storing food and beverage.
Two hours at The Elms prior to your wedding date that you can use for a portrait session with your photographer.
A Venue Manager and Event Staff present during your event, for keeping everything tidy and organized.
The Elms does all set-up and all clean-up.
