This package assumes 100 guests. All packages are fully customizable. 

Catering
You may have either an elegant buffet or a plated meal with this package. You will be able to work with our caterer to create the perfect menu just for your event. No disposable dishes are used with this package.   ($50 per person)

Beverages
A full bar will be provided for your guests with a variety of cash & hosted bar options. Bartenders will serve the beverages of your choice.  Iced Tea, Water & Coffee are also included as part of this package. ($2500 minimum)

Photography
Gorgeous, creative photos will be taken before, during and after your event, providing you with memories for a lifetime.  Includes up to 8 hours of photographer time.   ($2200)

Disc Jockey
A fabulous, experienced DJ with every song you can imagine will play the music you and your friends love, so you can dance the night away. The DJ will also provide music for the ceremony.  ($1300)

Groom’s Cake
One groom’s cake in the very creative design of your choosing  ($100)

Bride’s Cake
A traditional tiered wedding cake in the flavors & colors of your choice, decorated with the same flowers as in your bouquet  ($450)

Table, Chairs, Linens & Arch Decorations
Ten round tables & 4 buffet tables will be covered with linens in your color choices; One hundred chairs; One wedding arch decorated to match your linens and flowers.   (Arch, $350; tables & linens no additional charge)

EventCoordinator
The Event Coordinator at The Elms will coordinate every detail for your wedding. All preparation & coordination for the ceremony and the reception will be managed by your Event Coordinator. You need only to arrive and enjoy your event.  ($1500)

Event Decorator
The Event Decorator at The Elms is a professional event designer specializing in making your vision a reality. The Event Decorator will work with you to select linens, flowers, decorations, etcetera - all to make your wedding look the way you always dreamed it would. This is a fee for the Decorator's consulting time only. Materials are an additional cost. ($750)

The Elms
You have access to The Elms all day Friday & Saturday. You have all day Friday for set-up and decorating, Friday evening for your rehearsal, and you may even use the venue for your rehearsal dinner (food, etc. is an additional cost). The Elms is available to you all day Saturday as well.  ($4000)
