Standard Event Schedule for Sunday Weddings (this is flexible)

The Elms will provide a simple, but lovely bouquet of flowers for the bride to carry. We will make every effort to select flowers that correspond to your preferred colors.
A two-tiered Bride’s cake with white butter cream frosting will be provided. A wide ribbon matching your preferred colors will be wrapped around the base of each tier. A Groom’s cake can be provided for an additional fee, or you may provide your own!
Food & Beverages
The Elms will provide light snacks such as cheese and crackers, iced tea and water. All food and beverages will be served in decorative containers at elegantly decorated tables. Clear acrylic plates, cups and utensils will be used, along with fine quality paper napkins.
Your package includes two hours of photographer time and a book of photos to treasure as a reminder of your perfect day. Your photographer will arrive half an hour prior to your ceremony to take some initial portraits before the ceremony. Photos will be taken during the ceremony, portraits will be taken after the ceremony, candid photos will be taken during the reception. A hard cover printed book of photos, that you have selected from the photographer’s web site, will be provided to you within four weeks of your wedding date. Additional photos may be purchased from the photographer directly, if desired.
The Elms has traditional ceremony music to play during your ceremony, or you may bring your own music on a disk for The Elms to play during your ceremony or reception. If you would like to dance during your reception, The Elms can play a Pandora station of your choosing during your reception, or you may bring your own music on a disk for The Elms to play.
Ceremony & Reception Decor
You may have your ceremony indoors or outdoors. If indoors on the sun porch, the ceremony will take place in front of an organza swag on the windows (as seen on our flyers). If outdoors the minister, bride and groom can stand in front of a cross that we provide, or you may use two antique fern stands, with ferns provided if they are in season. You may also bring your own plants or flowers to place in the stands. Tables will be set up around the dance floor in the pavilion or in the sun porch, depending on the weather. The Elms will provide white table cloths. Table decorations may be provided for an additional fee, or you may bring your own.
The bride and groom may either bring their own minister, or be married by the minister provided by The Elms.
Our Event Coordinator will manage all vendors and all ceremony & reception details so you & your family and friends can simply arrive and enjoy your wedding celebration!
