Event Management Fee:  $4000
Full-Service Event Coordinator Included
Food & Beverage: Provided by The Montgomery Country Club. Menu charges are in addition to the management fee, with only a $150 minimum.
Service Fee:  20% of total food & beverage cost
Sales tax applies to food and beverage.
Your Event Coordinator works with you to manage the logistics of multiple vendors, vendor contracts, wedding participants and all related activities. Our Coordinators work with you from the first day we meet until you drive off to your honeymoon. 
   
This Package Includes The Following:

  • Full Service Event Coordinator
  • Tables, Chiavari Chairs & Linens 
  • Dance Floor
  • AV Equipment
  • Set-Up, Break-Down & Event Staff
  • Bride's Room & Groom's Room
  • Access Friday for Set-Up, Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner
  • Available all day Saturday for prep, photos, ceremony & reception.

the Montgomery Country Club (MCC) so you can enjoy the elegant facilities, attentive staff and excellent cuisine.
